Materials
We have extensive
experience working with materials used in highly stressed
applications, such as Nitronic 60, PH13-8Mo, 15-5PH, 17-4PH,
Custom 455 and 440C Stainless Alloys, Maraging 300, A-286
and Inconel 718 Electrical "Super Alloys," Nitralloy 135,
4340-300M, 4140, 8620, 9310, and 9-4-30 Aircraft Alloys,
2024 and 7075 Aluminum Alloys. We also work with materials
used in less stressed applications, such as plastics,
brass, bronze, and carbon steels. We
do not work with cast iron due to it's deliterious effects
on our equipment.

Calibration
System
All Measuring &
Test Equipment (M&TE) is calibrated with traceability
to National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST)

Scheduling
STD utilizes a fully
integrated, finite scheduling system for managing our
workload. Capacity and resource planning are fundamental
to maintaining delivery commitments. Flexibility with
our software allows us to plan accordingly, resulting
in shipments suited to support our customers working within
a JIT framework.
